BLACKCURRANT/MINT CHIA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana (peeled, cut into chunks and frozen overnight)
  • 4-6 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of one small lemon 1/2 cup
  • Blackcurrant & Apple CHIA drink
  • 1/2 cup plant milk (almond, soy, rice, oat or coconut are all good options)
  • 1 Scoop Preferred Plant Based Protein Powder

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.For a thinner smoothie consistency, add extra plant milk.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
