Creamy Hemp Seed Dressing or Dip

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Chia Sisters Hemp Hearts

1 TBS Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

2 TBS Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil

1 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Tsp Onion Powder

2 Tsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

2 TBS Fresh Whole Italian Parsley

1/3 Cup Water

 

Method

Add all ingredients into a Nutribullet or high speed blender (add wet ingredients first) and blend until all combined a thick creamy consistency is reached. Enjoy
