Hemp hearts have a light nutty aroma that makes them great in cooking or baking, both sweet and savory, however it is best to stick with raw recipes or those at very low temperatures to hold the integrity of all the seed’s amazing nutrients. A simple use of hemp hearts is alongside an array of other nuts and seeds to sprinkle as a salad topper.
